- You received the wrong item

- Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted
- Replacement is not applicable after 7–10 days under any condition

To process your replacement request, you must provide:
- Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
- Product images showing the issue
Without proper proof, the request may be rejected.
