At Salman Perfumes, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. To maintain hygiene and product integrity, we follow a Replacement Only Policy.

📦 Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacement only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • You received the wrong item

⏳ Replacement Time Window

  • Replacement request must be raised within 4–5 days of delivery
  • Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted
  • Replacement is not applicable after 7–10 days under any condition

🚫 No Return / No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer returns
  • We do not offer refunds
  • Only replacement will be provided (if eligible)

📸 Proof Required

To process your replacement request, you must provide:

  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Product images showing the issue

Without proper proof, the request may be rejected.

  2. Share required proof (video/images)
  3. Our team will verify the request
  4. Once approved, replacement will be processed within 4–5 working days
